DESCRIPTION:Par Théo Scherer\, maître de conférences en droit privé à l’université de Caen Normandie  \n\n\n\n\n\nDe mai à août 2025\, la Direction de la recherche et de l’innovation de l’université de Caen Normandie a financé le stage académique d’une étudiante de Master 2\, Mme Zhélia Guibout. Elle a travaillé la question du parcours procédurale de la victime d’infraction sexuelle. Cette conférence a pour objet d’exposer quels sont les principaux résultats de cette recherche et de les mettre en relief avec la jurisprudence récente en matière de victimisation secondaire.
